You will receive a physical StarCard card after your application is approved. To complete a transaction at a Caltex station, all you need to do is to present your physical card to the station cashier.

Basic documents include scanned copies of last 3 months’ bank statement and or/latest audited financial statements
You do not have to sign anything to submit this StarCard online application form.
However, we would require the authorized signatory’s information to be entered before the application can be submitted.
You will receive an email notification once you have successfully submitted the application online.
Please allow 10 working days for processing and you may get your StarCard as quickly as within 2 weeks.
Take note that an application not supported with required documents or with incomplete information will cause a delay in processing.

You can settle your bill payment with Giro, Bank Transfer (PayNow, FAST) and Cheque.
With the designated credit limit approved for your StarCard account, drivers no longer need to pay cash upfront while fueling up at Caltex station. You can enjoy up to 30 days credit term and settle the monthly payment by the specified payment due date.
An administration fee of 1% of the overdue amount will be charged on late payment.

Your StarCard will be auto-renewed every 4 years.
However, Chevron reserves the rights to terminate the Card without prior notice or consent of the Cardholder if the Card is inactive for 12 consecutive months or longer.
