What is Caltex Rewards Program?

It’s a Caltex loyalty program that enables Caltex customers to earn Caltex Rewards Points with the use of Caltex Rewards Card while fueling up with Caltex.

How to enroll in Caltex Rewards Program?

To enroll in Caltex Rewards Program, customers have to get a Caltex Rewards Card at any Caltex Service Station, and complete his/her Caltex Rewards Card registration via CaltexGO mobile app or Caltex’s website here. Upon successful registration, a customer will become a Caltex Rewards Member. Members can immediately use the Caltex Rewards Card to fuel up and to earn Points.

If you have received the Caltex Rewards Card via mail earlier, you can just create password and login to the account.  

How to complete registration to become a Caltex Rewards Member?

All mandatory fields specified in the application for the Caltex Rewards Program (including your full name, date of birth, valid mobile number and email address) must be provided in order to complete the registration . Your mobile number and email address provided will need to be verified by a One-Time-Password (OPT) in order to complete the registration.  

If you received message of "mobile number entered is already in use" while you are providing your mobile phone number,  you may direct visit create password and then login to the account.  

How to earn Caltex Rewards Points?

Caltex Rewards Member can easily earn Points by fueling up at Caltex service stations using their Caltex Rewards Card. For any single approved gasoline transaction,

• One Caltex Rewards Point can be earned upon every paid litre of Caltex with Techron® Platinum Gasoline purchased at the Caltex Service Station when the registered Caltex Rewards Card is presented and used at the time of purchase.  The number of Points earned is based on the paid gasoline litres, and is rounded down to the nearest whole number.  
• One Caltex Rewards Point can be earned upon every two paid litres of Caltex with Techron® Gold Gasoline purchased at the Caltex Service Station when the registered Caltex Rewards Card is presented and used at the time of purchase.  The number of Point earned is based on the paid gasoline litres, and is rounded down to the nearest whole number. 

Is there any birthday offers for Members?

Members present and use the registered card for the gasoline transactions made from 00:00 on the first day until 23:59 on the last day of the registered birthday month can earn 2 times the Caltex Rewards Points.

Example of earning Caltex Rewards Point

Example 1 - Fuel up with Caltex Platinum with Techron® Gasoline at birthday month 

Pump price of Caltex Platinum with Techron® Gasoline: HK$26.68/L

Paid amount (after discount): HK$500

Points earned: HK$500/HK$26.68 = 18.74 (=18 points earned, round down to the nearest whole number)

How to redeem rewards with Points?

Members can redeem and use the Caltex Rewards Points earned to offset gasoline transaction amount (based on the pump price at Service Stations) or to redeem designated items by presenting and using the Registered Card at any Caltex Service Stations. One Caltex Rewards Point is equivalent to HK$1 (one dollar). 

How can I check the Caltex Rewards Points balance ?

You can log in your Caltex Rewards Program account through CaltexGO or webpage here.

Download CaltexGO, login with your registered mobile number and password to check the points balance. 

If you have registered via website but forgot password, please visit again the website to reset password*. After that, you may download CaltexGO and login with your registered mobile number and new password in order to check your account.  

* if you cannot reset password due to the forgotten birth month & year, please call our Customer Service Hotline at 2582-6288. 

When will my Caltex Rewards Points earning transaction history and Caltex Rewards Points balance be uploaded to CaltexGO and website?

Unless otherwise specified, Caltex Rewards Points earned and/or redeemed will be reflected in your Caltex Rewards Program account immediately after the transaction.

Will there be any expiration date of the Caltex Rewards Points?

All accumulated Caltex Rewards Points are not redeemable for cash and shall expire by end of the second year after the Caltex Rewards Points are issued. For example, Caltex Rewards Points earned between 1 January 2022 and 31 December 2022 (both dates inclusive) will expire on 31 December 2024. The relevant period is subject to the final decision of Chevron Hong Kong Limited.

How can I find out the validity period of my Caltex Rewards Points?

Information will be available online. You can log in your Caltex Rewards Program account via CaltexGO or website here for relevant information.

Download CaltexGO, login with your registered mobile number and password to check the points balance. 

If you have registered via website but forgot password, please visit again the website to reset password*. After that, you may download CaltexGO and login with your registered mobile number and new password in order to check your account.

Apart from logging into my Caltex Rewards Program account in CaltexGO or online website, where can I check my Caltex Rewards Points?

Points earned from every gasoline transaction will also displayed in the receipt. Besides, If you have any questions about your Caltex Rewards Points, you may also contact Caltex Customer Service Hotline 2582 6288 or email to Caltexrewards-HK@chevron.com.

What is the browser & device supported by Caltex Rewards registration?

It is accessible on Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox Mozilla and Safari on both Android or iOS devices.

What should I do if my Caltex Rewards Card is damaged, lost or stolen?

Please contact Caltex Customer Service hotline at 2582-6288 immediately.

Once you have received the new card, please login and update your new card number. 

How do I update my contact information of my Caltex Rewards Card?

Please log-in your account to update your contact information

If your Caltex Rewards Card is reported lost and replaced with a new card now,  please update your new card number as soon as possible.
