What is Caltex Rewards?

Caltex Rewards is a new loyalty program that provides benefits to customers with the aim of facilitating better connections by enabling the Members to earn and redeem Caltex Rewards Points through fuel discounts, as well as vouchers from the rewards catalogue, subject to terms and conditions as may be determined by Chevron from time to time and notified to its customers via Chevron’s rewards catalogue or other means.

Loyalty members can earn more points when they sign up, can choose to receive news updates, and  continue to earn points on special offers. 

What are the benefits of Caltex Rewards?

Caltex Rewards allows members to earn and redeem points for fuel discounts  at Caltex through the CaltexGo App and enjoy additional member benefits such as:

  • Redeem exclusive vouchers via the Caltex Rewards catalogue 

  • Redeem partner vouchers via CaltexGO app* 

  • Enjoy additional member privileges during your birth month 

  • Enjoy member-specific promotions at participating Caltex stations

Is the Caltex Rewards program free?

Joining the Caltex Rewards program is free. To be a Caltex Rewards member, all you need to do is to register to create an account through the CaltexGo App, or via the Caltex Rewards website, provide necessary details requested (such as your full name, mobile phone number, email address, and birth month and year), verify your details, and agree to Caltex's terms and conditions. Once fully verified, members get to enjoy the exclusive rewards and privileges from Caltex Rewards every time they gas up at participating Caltex stations. 

Who can join the Caltex Rewards Program?

In order to become a Caltex Rewards member, you must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration and must be residing in the Philippines.  

How do I sign up and use Caltex Rewards?

To be a Caltex Rewards member, all you need to do is to register to create an account through the CaltexGo App, or via the Caltex Rewards website, provide necessary details requested (such as your full name, mobile phone number, email address, and birth month and year), verify your details, and agree to Caltex's terms and conditions. Once fully verified, members get to enjoy the exclusive rewards and privileges from Caltex Rewards every time they gas up at participating Caltex stations. 

Do I need to use the CaltexGO App to earn and redeem points in the Caltex Rewards program?

No. There are three ways to earn and redeem points using your Caltex Rewards profile at the Caltex Stations: 

  • Via the CaltexGO App – You may use your Caltex Rewards App when gassing up at CaltexGO-accepting Stations
  • CaltexGO App via the Caltex Station Terminal – You can generate your Caltex Rewards Profile QR code to the attendant for them to scan on the Caltex Station Terminal  in order for you to earn and redeem points using your Caltex Rewards profile
  • Registered Mobile Number via the Caltex Station Terminal – You can provide the mobile number you used during your registration for Caltex Rewards to the attendant so they can key in your profile during the transaction. 
Can I earn and redeem points at all Caltex stations?

You can earn and redeem points only at participating Caltex stations. Find a participating Caltex station near you. We are continually adding stations to our Caltex Rewards program.   

How do I earn points?

It is easy to earn points with the Caltex Rewards program. Every time you gas up and use your profile on Caltex Rewards, you earn 1 point for every Php2.50 spend at any participating Caltex station. You can earn points using you Caltex Rewards profile and making the fuel purchase either through the CaltexGO App, by scanning your Caltex Rewards QR code, or inputting your registered mobile number on the Caltex Station Terminal. 

Keep gassing up at Caltex and enjoy member-specific promotions on Caltex Rewards to help you earn points faster. Enable your notifications on your registration to get the latest update on available  promotions for you via the CaltexGO App or via your registered email address. 

Can I earn and redeem points at the same time on my Caltex fuel purchase?

Yes, you can earn and redeem points at the same transaction using Caltex Rewards. Follow the links to learn more. 

Is there a maximum number of points I can earn?

Yes, you can earn points on a maximum of Php 7,000 worth  of purchase per transaction,  2 transactions per day, and a cumulative purchase of Php 30,000 per month. 

Chevron reserve the right to limit, modify the mechanics, or reject the use of the Caltex Rewards program or any Earn Offers, new account offers, or any redemption of points and suspend or terminate any related User Account upon the belief that any use of the program or transaction is unlawful, unauthorized, or fraudulent in nature, or if any phone number or email address used to create a User Account cannot be verified. 

How do I know my earned points have been applied?

There are several ways to see your points history. Following each fuel purchase made with the App, you will receive a mobile receipt via email. You can see your transaction history in your Activity menu on the App. 

You Alternatively, can also check in your  User Account via web, which will show the points accumulated to the fuel purchase. Finally, you can see your transaction history in  your Activity menu on the App. 

How do I redeem my points?

You can easily redeem your points earned via 2 ways: 

  • Via Fuel Discount  - You can redeem your points for fuel discounts when you make a fuel transaction at any participating Caltex stations using the CaltexGo App, by scanning your QR code, or providing your mobile number upon payment at the pump. 100 points is equivalent to Php 1.00.
    If you redeem your points, the related fuel discount will be applied to your fuel purchase and the points will be deducted from your account. If you do not redeem your points, no points will be deducted from your account and the related fuel discounts will be available for your next fuel purchase, subject to any points expiration, as described below.
  • Via the Caltex Rewards Catalogue -  You may also use your points to redeem for rewards made for you via the Caltex Rewards Catalogue. Select vouchers from a variety of partner merchants that will suit your needs and lifestyle! Earn more points to collect more vouchers! 
Do my points expire?

The Caltex Rewards Points earned in a calendar year will expire with a maximum of three (3) calendar years. The cut off date for points expiry is 31 December (as an example, Caltex Reward Points earned in February 2, 2022 and December 30, 2022 will both expire on 31 December 2024.)  

Chevron reserves the right to amend the validity period of the Caltex Rewards Points from time to time without any prior notice to the Members, and such amendment shall take place from the date on which it is published on Chevron's website or on the Application (whichever is earlier). Expired Caltex Rewards Points will be automatically forfeited at the absolute discretion of Chevron without compensation to the Member. 

Can I combine my Caltex Rewards program points with my Go Rewards?

No, you will not able to combine your Caltex Rewards points with your Go Rewards points to redeem fuel discounts. You may only use one (1) Loyalty program points at a time. Select Caltex Rewards or Go Rewards as your loyalty program to earn and redeem for a particular transaction. 

Is there a limit to the number of points I can redeem?

No, there is no limit to the number of points that you can redeem on your transaction. You can use the maximum number of points available as discount on your fuel transaction. Keep earning points to get more fuel discounts by using your points at Caltex!

How can I check my points balance?

You can check your points balance anytime by logging in on your CaltexGO App. You may find it on the home screen or you may log in on your account via the web. Please allow up to 48 hours for points to appear in your User Account after earning them. 

Can fuel discounts be combined with other station offers?

Yes, you may combine your fuel discounts up to a certain limit provided on the vouchers' mechanics. Please refer to the voucher's mechanics for stackable discounts available to you. 

Can I transfer my points to someone else or share my User Account?

No. The Caltex Rewards Points accumulated in your Account cannot be transferred or assigned to any other Member.  

Can points be redeemed for cash?

No. Points may not be convertible or redeemed for cash but may either be used as discount on your fuel transactions  or may be used to purchase for vouchers on the Caltex Rewards catalogue. 

Why do I need to sign up and verify my email address for Caltex Rewards?

Your registered and verified email address will be used to help protect your profile, better access your account, communicate promotions to you and will be our means to provide an electronic receipt of your transactions at Caltex.  

Why is there an OTP for verifying mobile phone number via SMS?

Caltex takes user safety seriously. An OTP will be provided via an SMS to your registered mobile phone number in order for us to verify that you are the one making the transaction on Caltex Rewards. 

What should I do if I don't receive the OTP via SMS?

You can request a new OTP after the time lapses. If you haven't received your OTP yet after 5 minutes, please contact customer service to check the details of the issue. You may contact our consumer connection center at the following numbers and press option 2:

If I choose the wrong month or year of birth during the registration, what should I do to fix it?

Users are not allowed to change their birth month or year of birth. For more information, please contact our consumer connection center at the following numbers and press option 2:

Where can special offers and vouchers be found?

To get the full experience on Caltex Rewards, we encourage you to download the CaltexGO app or go the Caltex Rewards Website to check the  vouchers or rewards available to you. You may opt-in to receive up-to-date marketing news so you don't miss out on the offers and events we have for you. 

Can the voucher be passed on to others?

No. Vouchers are non-transferable and every member is required to have their own unique User Account. 

Do vouchers have an expiration date?

Each reward voucher has an expiration date. A voucher will be available on a listed validity date  stated on each voucher found on "Rewards" in the CaltexGO app for the convenience of users. Once the voucher expires, the voucher may not be available for the customer's use anymore. 

Can expired rewards or vouchers be used again?

Rewards or vouchers that have expired are non-redeemable anymore. 

How do I know if I have used a voucher already?

Vouchers that have been used can be manually "marked as used" to help users remember that the voucher has been used already. 

Can I still use a voucher that I have accidentally "marked as used"?

Yes. You may still open the code under "view my vouchers" and see the voucher code under "past" vouchers. Click "view voucher code" to reopen the voucher and use them at the merchant store.

Used voucher codes may not be available for reuse anymore.

How protected are personal and financial information?

Caltex does not share your personal information, including your full name, mobile phone number, email, month and year of birth, financial account information, etc., with third parties. Customers are encouraged to set security passwords on mobile apps and online accounts to protect your personal information. 

What should I do in case of lost mobile phone with my Caltex Rewards profile or if I have risk of data being stolen from my mobile phone?

You must immediately notify us in order to request for inactivation of account or delete your Caltex Rewards account during this time. Requesting to inactivate your account means that we'll change your status to inactive and during this time, you may not do any action under your profile while it remains inactive (you will not be able to earn points, redeem points, update member information etc). Kindly note as well, that once an account's status has been changed to "inactive", all existing points under the account will be forfeited. If you choose to delete your account, we will completely remove all your data from the loyalty program as part of the compliance request.

What should I do if I find unusual actions or activities that are not caused by the account holder?

You must immediately notify us to report this issue. You may  request for inactivation of account or delete your Caltex Rewards account during this time. Can I request to delete my Caltex Rewards account?

Yes, you may cancel your Caltex Rewards account at anytime you prefer. You may reach out to consumer connection center at the following numbers and press option 2:

Once your account is deleted, please be reminded that we will completely remove all your data from the loyalty program as part of the compliance request. Alternatively, you may request to inactivate your account temporarily. During this time, you may not do any action under your profile while it remains inactive (you will not be able to earn points, redeem points, update member information etc). Kindly note as well, that once an account's status has been changed to "inactive", all existing points under the account will be forfeited.
