Star Fuels Marketing Limited ("Company" or "us") be committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy statement describes the steps we take to collect, use and protect the personal information of users of a Caltex’s fleet card ("StarCard"), which describes the type of personal data we collect, the purpose in which we use that information options regarding the use of personal information, our security measures, how to verify and edit information about you and your rights relating to personal data. If you access and/or use the StarCard, you acknowledge that we will collect, store, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the terms described in this privacy statement. This privacy statement does not apply to websites, other applications and/or services representing or linking to privacy statements or other policies (such statements or policies may be made available separately by the Company).

In this privacy statement, the words "company" and other words such as "juristic person", "corporation", "ours", and "we" may refer to Star Fuels Marketing Limited or at least one or all of the relevant subsidiaries of Star Fuels Marketing Limited. The terms and conditions under this Privacy Statement is aim for Company’s convenience only, it is not intended to commit or create any requirements for other companies where other companies will have their own terms and conditions.

In accessing and/or using StarCard, we may request personal information for use in the registration of your users (the "account") in our network and/or system to provide the services offered or to make the transactions you request or undertake any other actions for the purposes as described under this privacy statement or in other documents that we may notify you separately. Personal data and other information we collect and store may include:

You do not need to provide this information, however, if you choose not to provide such information, some features within the application/website in relation to StarCard may not be available, and we may not be able to provide you the requested service or complete your transaction to which your information is related or necessary.

We may also use personal and other information for the purpose of resolving the use of the application/website, testing, use and any other issues or agendas relating to StarCard and StarCard functionality.

SUCH COMMUNICATIONS MAY BE DONE VIA TELEPHONE SHORT TEXT EMAIL (SMS) AND/OR THROUGH THE USER'S ACCOUNT IN E-MAIL OR ORTHER COMMUNICATION CHANNEL. YOU CAN CHOOSE NOT TO ACCEPT SUCH COMMUNICATIONS. BY CANCELING SUCH NOTIFICATIONS AND INFORMATION VIA THE UNSUBSCRIBE LINK WE SENT WITH EMAIL INFORMATION OR SHORT MESSAGES OVER THE PHONE. THE INFORMATION SERVICE WILL BE CANCELLED WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS’  AFTER THE CANCELLATION NOTICE.
