Yes, the CaltexGO app helps you track points and redeem vouchers in real-time. However, you don’t need it to earn points or get fuel discounts. Simply provide your registered mobile number to the pump attendant to get both. If your SavePlus card is linked, always give your mobile number instead of the Rewards QR code to ensure you earn points and get fuel discounts.

Yes! Since December 2023, you can enjoy SavePlus discounts and earn Rewards points in the same transaction. Points are calculated after the discount is applied. Just provide your registered mobile number to the pump attendant.

1. Your card may already be registered or linked to a Rewards Account.

2. The card number entered has fewer than 16 digits.

3. The card number is already expired or invalid.
