HSBC and Caltex 2026 Raffle Promo Terms and Conditions

 

1. The HSBC and Caltex Raffle Promo (the "Promo") shall run from January 27, 2026, to May 31, 2026 (the "Promo Period").

2.  The Promo is open to all primary and supplementary Credit Cardholders of HSBC Philippines (referred to as the “Cardholder/s”) whose credit cards are active and in good credit standing during the Promo Period and at the time of the raffle draw. For the avoidance of doubt, a card is in good credit standing if there is no reason for HSBC to restrain, suspend, cancel, withdraw, or terminate the card pursuant to the HSBC Card. Terms and Conditions as well as Legal and Compliance Policy considerations.

3.  Accepted cards are as follows: HSBC Classic Visa, HSBC Classic Mastercard, HSBC Red Mastercard, HSBC Gold Visa, HSBC Gold Mastercard, HSBC Advance Visa, HSBC Premier Mastercard and HSBC Live+ Credit Cards. Debit and Corporate cards are excluded from the promo.

4. Employees of HSBC in the Philippines and Chevron Philippines Inc. and other Chevron companies in the Philippines, their advertising/PR agencies and their accredited service providers, contractors, retailers, suppliers or business partners, station owners, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the Promo.

5. To participate in the Promo, the eligible Cardholder must successfully register from January 27, 2026, to May 31, 2026 (“Registration Period”).

a. Eligible Cardholder will receive an invitation to participate in the Promo with their unique 5-digit Unique User Code via SMS, Viber, and/or email registered in HSBC’s records by Promo start date or SMS reminder within the Registration Period.

b. To register, the Cardholder should text: CAL<space> 5 DIGIT UNIQUE USER CODE to 09191603900 (Example: CAL ABC12). SMS should be sent using the Cardholder’s registered mobile number with HSBC. Cardholders will be notified via SMS/Viber upon successful registration.

c. By registering for the Promo, the Cardholder warrants that he/she is responsible for, voluntarily providing, and consenting to the collection and processing of personal information pursuant to the Promo and acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and agrees to the Promo’s Terms and Conditions.

6. A Cardholder will earn the following raffle entries for transactions made at Caltex’ participating stations within the promo period:

a.  Five (5) electronic raffle entries on the first single-receipt transaction for every calendar month (any amount).

b.  One (1) electronic raffle entry for every succeeding Php1,000 charged in a single-receipt transaction

7. There will be one (1) raffle draw on June 15, 2026, and a total of ten (10) winners will be drawn with a DTI representative present, with the corresponding prizes as follows.

8. The raffle prize will be credited to the winner’s HSBC Credit Card Account which won in the raffle draw.

a.  If a supplementary Cardholder was drawn as a winner, the raffle prize will be credited to the primary Cardholder’s HSBC Credit Card account.

b. The prize tax (equivalent to 20% of the prize) shall be shouldered and paid for by the primary Cardholder, as applicable.

c.  The raffle prize will be credited on July 30, 2026, provided that the raffle prize winner was able to submit the necessary documents indicated in the notification letter and paid the corresponding prize tax (as applicable) prior to crediting date.

d. The raffle prizes are non-convertible to cash or kind.

9.  A Cardholder can win only once during the raffle. If the name of a primary Cardholder and its supplementary Cardholder under the same HSBC Credit Card account are both drawn on a raffle date, only the primary Cardholder will be awarded the prize.

10.   HSBC shall generate the raffle entries electronically on June 5, 2026, five (5) banking days before the raffle draw date.

11.        The Cardholder’s winning raffle entry will be validated against HSBC’s records. The Cardholder’s account must be active and in good credit standing at the time of the raffle draw. Otherwise, another winner will be drawn.

12.     Within one (1) week after the draw date, the winners shall be notified by telephone and registered mail following the Cardholder’s existing contact details contained in HSBC’s records/system.

13.    By participating in this promo, the winners authorize HSBC to disclose and publish their names, photos and other particulars as determined by HSBC to any person/s and in any mode or manner, as HSBC may deem appropriate.

14.    Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction, may result in the disqualification of the Cardholder from participating in the Promo, suspension and/or cancellation of card privileges and/or charging of the full cost of the raffle prize to the Cardholder’s account, at HSBC’s discretion. This shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by HSBC.

15.    Decisions made by HSBC in accordance with these Terms and Conditions as well as with applicable rules and regulations, on all matters relating to this Promo will be at HSBC’s absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants with the concurrence of DTI. Disputes with respect to the Cardholder’s eligibility, number of raffle entries, coverage dates, etc. shall be resolved by HSBC.

16.   Announcement of the winners shall be published on the HSBC website after the draw.

HSBC and Caltex GO Rewards 2026 Promo Terms and Conditions

1. HSBC and Caltex GO Rewards 2026 Promo (“Promo”) is open to all HSBC credit cardholders whose cards are issued in the Philippines (“Cardholder/s”) and are in good credit standing during the Promo Period in accordance with HSBC Terms and Conditions. Promo Offer (“Offer”): Use one-time referral code CR-HSBC3 to get total of 20,000 Caltex Rewards Bonus points equivalent to PHP200 with minimum spend requirement of PHP1,000 on the first transaction.

5. To avail of the “Offer”:

a.  Cardholder must register with Caltex Rewards either via https://www.caltex.com/ph/caltex-rewards/register.html or downloading of the CaltexGo app in app store or play store.

b. Enter referral code CR-HSBC3 upon completing your profile by entering the necessary details

c.  Once registered, the cardholder must spend at least P1,000 at participating Caltex stations with their HSBC Credit Card during the “Promo Period” and provide their registered mobile number or show the QR code from the CaltexGo app to avail of the “Offer”.

d.  Total of 20,000 points will reflect in the points history via the app upon their first P1,000 transaction.

6. The “Offer” is applicable to new CaltexGo users only. Those with existing Caltex Rewards accounts or membership will not be eligible for this Promo.

7. The “Offer” cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, and discounted items, unless specified.

8. The “Offer” is non-transferable.

9. Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discount have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply in their purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount.

10. The “Offer” cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

11. The “Offer” is bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by HSBC and Caltex.

12. Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction, may result in the disqualification of the Cardholder from participating in the Promo, suspension and/or cancellation of card privileges and/or charging of the full cost of the raffle prize to the Cardholder’s account, at HSBC’s discretion.
