*How to use and activate Tap to Pay – GCash Help Center

1. GCash Caltex Fuel Savings Promo: PHP3 off per liter (the “Promo”) will run every Mondays and Tuesdays from October 26, 2026, to November 17, 2026, at participating Caltex stations nationwide.
2. The Promo is open to all Tap to Pay customers who settle their fuel payment via GCash Tap to Pay (using the GCash-enabled NFC payment) at the time of purchase. The account must be active and have sufficient balance to cover the transaction.
3. Under the Promo, the Tap to Pay customer can enjoy a fuel savings of PHP 3.00 per liter, provided that the customer hits the minimum spend requirement of PHP1,000. The discount shall be provided outright as an instant deduction from the total bill (price deducted from the total pump price) when the customer hits the minimum spend at participating Caltex stations nationwide.
4. To avail of the Promo: (a) A single-receipt purchase worth at least PHP 1,000.00 of Caltex fuels is required. (b) The customer must pay via GCash Tap to Pay (contactless) to be eligible for the discount.
5. No Availment Limit: Tap to Pay customers can avail of the PHP 3.00 per liter discount with no limit on the number of transactions per day, provided each transaction meets the minimum spend of PHP 1,000.00.
6. Exclusions: The following customers/purchases are not qualified for the Promo: (1) Purchase Order (“PO”), Bulk, and Fleet account customers; (2) Fuel purchases settled via QR Scan, physical card swipe/dip, or cash; (3) Fuel purchases settled via GCash Scan to Pay (QR), GCash Card, Google Pay, any other non-GCash issued card, and any other non-GCash Tap to Pay service
7. Fraud and Abuse: Any unauthorized action relating to the transaction or participation in the Promo may result in the disqualification of the Tap to Pay customer or the charging of the cost of the fuel discount back to the customer's account.
8. Disputes: In case of dispute regarding the Tap to Pay customer’s eligibility, coverage of dates, etc., the decision of the organizers will prevail with the concurrence of DTI.
9. Data Privacy: By availing of the Promo, the Tap to Pay customer is responsible for providing required information and agrees that such information shall be subject to the data privacy and security terms of Caltex and GCash.
10. For GCash customer concerns, please submit a ticket inside the GCash app.
