1. Promo period is from April 2, 2024 12:00am to May 31, 2024, 11:59pm.
2. All Caltex Rewards registered customers (regardless if CaltexGO App users or web-based users) will be qualified to join the promo. Caltex Rewards registered members are those who have verified their mobile number and/or email. The registered name in Caltex Rewards should match a valid government-issued ID.
3. Promo is valid at participating Caltex stations. For the complete list of participating Caltex stations, visit www.caltex.com/ph.
4. Every Php1,000 accumulated spend of any Caltex fuels (Platinum with Techron, Silver with Techron, Diesel with Techron D, and Power Diesel with Techron D), using Caltex Rewards, entitles the customer to one (1) raffle entry. Only successful Caltex Rewards transactions are eligible for raffle entries. Caltex Rewards points earned for voided transactions will be reversed.
5. All payment methods (such as cash, credit card, e-wallet, StarCash), except StarCard are qualified to join the promo.
6. Bulk purchases and local account transactions are qualified with a cap of Php30,000 total transaction amount per month.
7. Caltex SavePlus and Caltex Star Driver transactions used with Caltex Rewards are also eligible to earn Caltex Rewards points and may earn raffle entries. Count of raffle entries will be based on the final discounted amount.
8. An SMS and/or email will be sent to the customer’s registered mobile number and/or email each time a customer qualifies to a raffle entry/ies.
9. Each customer can earn up to 30 raffle entries or an equivalent of Php30,000 worth of Caltex fuel purchase per month.
10. For Caltex Rewards transactions not processed successfully in stations, customers can reach out to Customer Service through the “Contact Us” feature in the CaltexGO app/Caltex website or email cccsocmedsupportAP@chevron.com. Copies of official receipt and/or loyalty terminal slip will be required for transaction verification.
11. This promo is not valid in conjunction with other Caltex promotional offers and discounts.
12. Customers will be grouped into five (5) clusters based on the location of the transaction. Clusters will be as follows: GMA, South Luzon, North/Central Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao. If a customer earns their raffle entries from transactions in various Caltex stations, customer’s cluster will be based on the last qualified transaction of the customer before the raffle draw cut-off. Number of winners per cluster will be based on the number of participating stations per cluster.
13. There will be two electronic raffle draws via Zoom to select winners for the prizes below:

14. A customer may win one minor prize and one major prize.
15. The electronic raffle draw will be supervised by representatives from VMLYR Philippines, Chevron Philippines, Inc. and the DTI.
16. Winners will undergo identity verification, including provision of valid government-issued IDs (such as birth certificate, postal ID, voter’s ID, passport, driver’s license) and mailing address (for sending of notice through registered mail). Incorrect or incomplete supporting documents will not be accepted and can be a ground for disqualification. The personal data provided for this promo is subject to the Caltex Philippines privacy statement accessible through https://www.caltex.com/ph/privacy-statement.html.
17. All winners will be notified through email and call in their registered contact information in the Caltex Rewards app or Caltex website and through registered mail. Verification calls and text messages will be implemented over a period of 7 consecutive working days, twice per day. If the winner does not respond to any of these calls or texts, she/he forfeits the prize and a new winner will be drawn. The same verification process will be conducted for the new winner.
18. Announcement of winners will be done prior to the verification of winners. Winners’ names will be published in Caltex Philippines’ official Facebook page, Caltex Philippines and Caltex’s official website: www.caltex.com/ph.
19. Prizes are not convertible to cash.
20. Only those 18 years old and above are eligible to join the promotion. Minors are not allowed to participate.
21. Employees of Chevron Philippines Inc., Caltex retailers and staff, Caltex’s advertising, below-the- Line, PR, and media agencies, and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from the promotion.
22. Decisions made by Chevron Philippines Inc., in accordance with these terms and conditions as well as with applicable rules and regulations, on all matters relating to this promotion will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants, with prior concurrence of the DTI.
