6. For diesel vehicle fuel up only; customers cannot use other forms of packaging to fuel up (ex. Pails, drums, bottles, cans, etc.)
7. Available at select Caltex stations carrying Caltex Power Diesel with Techron D
8. Employees of Chevron Philippines, Inc., Caltex stations, their advertising, Below-the-Line, PR, and media agencies, and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from the promotion.
9. Decisions made by Chevron Philippines Inc., in accordance with these terms and conditions as well as with applicable rules and regulations, on all matters relating to this promotion will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants, with prior concurrence of the DTI.
