TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CALTEX FUEL E-VOUCHER

1. Finality of Issuance 
Once fuel voucher codes are issued, codes are considered final and cannot be replaced, reissued, or transferred under any circumstance.

2. Validity 
This voucher is valid for one (1) year from the date the code is successfully entered in the "My Voucher" section of the CaltexGo app. Expired vouchers will automatically be removed from the CaltexGo app.

3. How to Redeem 

• Members can only redeem fuel vouchers using the CaltexGo app. 
• Enter the given code in the "My Voucher" section of the app to activate the voucher. 
• Show your Caltex Rewards QR code at the Caltex station when redeeming your fuel voucher.

4. Usage Restrictions

• This voucher is for one-time use only.  It can only be used for fuel transactions at all participating Caltex Rewards stations. 
• The full amount must be consumed in a single transaction. Partial redemption is not allowed. 
• Vouchers are not stackable and may not be combined with other Caltex Fuel Vouchers in a single transaction. 
• SavePlus discounts or benefits cannot be used in conjunction with this voucher.
• Fuel voucher redemptions are eligible to earn Caltex Rewards points or Go Rewards points, subject to applicable program terms.
• It is not convertible to cash or credit. 
• No cancellations, voiding, or refunds will be permitted once the voucher has been processed.
