Why I need a StarCard?

StarCard gives your fleet the great fuel discount privileges and attractive offers on Lubricant products.

With a StarCard Credit plan, drivers no longer need to pay cash upfront at the station, and able to get up to 60 days credit term. It suits all business organizations which look for fuel fleet card.

How many cards can I apply for my company?

As many cards as you wish.

What is the security feature of StarCard?

Feel in control of your expenses with StarCard's advanced security features that allow you to set transaction limits on your card or any designated vehicles, specify the product(s) to purchase, and where to fuel up. Above all, you can also monitor your usage via our StarCard Online Mobile App

Is it mandatory to link the StarCard with specific driver?

The choice is yours. You can link up the StarCard to a driver or the vehicle.

Do I need to pay any fees to get a StarCard?

Applying online for a StarCard is absolutely FREE!

Is StarCard a physical card or virtual card in App?

You will receive StarCard physical card after your application is approved. To complete a transaction at Caltex station, you need to present your physical card to the station staff, in a way to enjoy discount privileges and other attractive offers.

Where can I fuel up?

Whereever you find a Caltex Station, you can fuel up. Find your nearest station here.

How long does it take to complete the StarCard Online form?


Applying for StarCard will take 20 minutes to complete.

What are the documents needed in StarCard Application?

Latest Financial Statement (Audited, 2 years)

BIR Letter/Certification for Withholding Agent (if applicable)

Certificate of Registration/DTI Permit

If Corporation: Articles of Incorporation/GIS

If Partnership: Articles of Partnership / Partnership Resolution

What are the different card types?

User specific – Driver name is specified on the card. The name embossed on the card is the only authorized person to use it. 

Vehicle specific – Model/Type of vehicle and registration no. are specified on the card. Any driver may use the card for as long as vehicle driven is the one embossed on the card.

User –vehicle specific – Driver’s name and vehicle details are embossed on the card. Both the driver and vehicle should match the card upon gas up.

How long will it take to receive feedback after applying for StarCard?

Is StarCard application free?

StarCard application is absolutely free of charge! 

What if my required documents exceed 20MB?

Kindly send files beyond 20MB to Customer Service Center at CaltexCardsPH@chevron.com and include your reference number.  Reference number will be sent to your registered email address

What are the browsers supported by the StarCard Online form?

Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox Mozilla, and Safari

I made a mistake on my application form. Who can I contact to update my application?

How can I settle my bill payment?

You can settle your bill payment with Autopay, PPS or cheque.

When do I need to settle the fuel payment?

With the designated credit limit approved for your StarCard account, driver do not need to pay cash upfront while fueling up at Caltex station. You can enjoy up to 60 days repayment term, and settle the monthly payment by the specified payment due date.

Any late payment charge?

An administration fee of 1% of the overdue amount will be charged on late payment.

What should I do if I lost my StarCard?

To report your lost card, please contact our Customer Service Hotline at 2582 6288.

What should I do if I have changed my vehicle details or no longer hold a vehicle?

If you wish to update your StarCard account information or cancel your StarCard, please contact our Customer Service Hotline at 2582 6288.

Any expiry date for StarCard?

Your StarCard will be auto-renewed every 5 years. Inactive StarCard for more than 12 months will not be renewed.
