Arrangement for the Government Diesel Subsidy Scheme

With reference to the Hong Kong SAR Government’s Diesel Subsidy Scheme (HK$3 per litre of diesel purchased), effective from 30 April 2026 to 29 June 2026 (both dates inclusive), we have made the following arrangements in accordance with the relevant guidelines to apply the subsidy to eligible transactions.

1. Caltex StarCard customers (non-Card Dealer customers):

The subsidy will be credited on a monthly basis.  The credited amount for a given month will be shown in your subsequent StarCard monthly statement and will appear under “Customer Adj Cr”.  For example, the subsidy applicable to transactions in April will be credited in the May statement.

2. Card Dealer customers (Hanberg StarCard, Hanberg Club StarCard, MingXing StarCard):

The subsidy will be distributed directly by the Card Dealer.  For enquiries on the subsidy distribution, customers are advised to contact their respective Card Dealer via the hotline number printed on the back of the card.

3. Diesel CashCard customers:

The Government diesel subsidy will be shown directly on the petrol filling station receipt.
