Benefit

•       3% rebate on your total accumulated Caltex fuel purchase for the valid billing cycle.

Qualification

•       At least P3,000  for the valid billing cycle.

•       Should not exceed P20,000 each month.

•       The following cards maybe used to earn rebates:

              -  PNB Mastercard

              -  PNB Visa card

              -  PNB Union Pay card

Terms and Conditions

•       Rebates earned by the supplementary cardholder will be pooled under the primary cardholder’s account.

•       The total amount of rebates earned for each month will be reflected in the primary cardholder’s Statement of Account.

•       All disputes on the posted or missing rebates should be raised by the cardholder within 60 days from the receipt of the Statement of Account in question. Beyond the said period, Statement of Account, including all Caltex transactions and earned rebates, shall be deemed correct.

•       Offer is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash or exchanged for other items.

•       Offer is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, special offerings or discount privileges.

•       All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.

•       The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
