Is StarCard a physical card or virtual card in App?

You will receive StarCard physical card after your application is approved. To complete a transaction at Caltex station, you need to present your physical card to the station staff, in a way to enjoy discount privileges and other attractive offers.

How long is the StarCard online application process?

Get ready your documents in scanned copies, and complete the online application in just 15 minutes!

What are the documents I should get ready?

Basic documents include scanned copies of your Company BR certificate, Certificate of Incorporation, vehicle registration document, Company Bank Statement (last 3 months).

What is the browser supported by StarCard Online form?

Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox Mozilla and Safari

Can I access it using my mobile device?

Yes, it is accessible on both Android or iOS devices.

How do I sign on the online application form?

You don't have to sign anything to submit this StarCard online application form.

I have submitted my application online. What's next?

You will receive an email notification once you have successfully submitted the application online.

When will my application be approved and when can I receive my StarCard?

You may get your StarCard within three weeks.
Take note that an application not supported with required documents or with incomplete information will cause a delay in processing.

How can I settle my bill payment?

"You can settle your statement/invoice with Autopay, Online Banking Bill Payment Service or cheque.
If your payment method is Autopay, you will receive an email from us with the instruction on how to submit the Autopay authorization physical form. Take note that the requirement to submit Autopay authorization physical form is the current industry practice by Hong Kong's financial institutions. "

When do I need to settle the fuel payment?

With the designated credit limit approved for your StarCard account, you can enjoy up to 60 days repayment term, and settle the payment by the specified payment due date shown in the statement/invoice.

Any late payment charge?

An administration fee of 1% of the overdue amount will be charged on late payment.

What should I do if I lost my StarCard?

Any expiry date for StarCard?

Your StarCard will be auto-renewed every 5 years. Inactive StarCard for more than 12 months will not be renewed.
