What is Starcard Online?

At Chevron Online, our mission is to fuel the success of your business. It is aimed to improve user experience with new web functionality, Now you have access to account and billing information, card base maintenance and transactional reporting online 24x7.

I’m a first-time user, how do I gain access to Starcard Online?

Please log on to then click Request a Logon to register and gain access. To receive a User ID and Password, you must be an authorized Caltex customer.

What are the supported web browsers?

On desktop, you can use Microsoft Edge, Chrome and Firefox Mozilla. This site is also mobile friendly so you can easily browse using your mobile phone's web browser.

What selected transactions are available at Starcard Online?

This is a self-serve portal with full functionality on account and card maintenance which enables customer to utilize 24 x 7 services with no call services support required:

- Card Ordering and Maintenance
- Invoice and Statements
- View and download Transaction
- Account Summary and Maintenance
- View, schedule and request for reports
- Bulk card order and update feature

Can I add other users using Starcard Online?

Yes, an Admin User can add and manage users online. Please refer to Quick Reference guide below or contact customer service for more information.

My company has multiple StarCard accounts with Chevron, can I access those accounts using one log in credential?

Yes. Login into
In Home page, select the Account in the “Currently Selected Account” dropdown list OR refer to Account Summary Quick Reference guide for more information.

How do I terminate Starcard Online user access for employees who left the company or changed role?

Login into

Go to Admin Menu > Users > "Type the User ID of the Employee then change status to "permanent Block".


Alternatively, you may check Admin Quick Reference guide below for more information OR call Customer Services at 1800-88-3169 from Monday to Friday: 8am to 6pm, Saturday: 8:30am to 12:30pm.

What is the difference between StarCard mobile app and StarCard Online website?

Mobile app provides convenience to fleet manager users so they can quickly:

- access basic account information
- view online transactions
- change card status e.g. stop or block cards if necessary
- easily locate nearest Caltex stations


Whereas, the Starcard Online website, provides full features such as providing access to product features required by Merchants and Customers (ie: Card Ordering, viewing statements and assigning reports).

Where can I download the StarCard Online mobile app?

Download the StarCard Online Mobile app on Apple and Google Play Store..

Please ensure your mobile app versions are running on minimum Apple iOS 9.0 or Android 4.1 and above.

Are my information on StarCard mobile app secure?

Various security technologies and procedures had been used and implemented for storing and securing personal information and complies with applicable data privacy regulations.

We ensure and maintain appropriate physical, technical and infrastructural security measures to secure your personal data.

How do I register for a log in account?

You do not need to register an account on the mobile app. Your login credentials will be the same as StarCard Online website.

How do I enable notifications on StarCard Online mobile app?

You can enable to receive push notifications from us by enabling in your phone settings.

How do I select the nearest Caltex station location?

You have to enable your GPS or “Location Services ” in your phone’s settings to help identity your current and nearest Caltex station location.

How much data does StarCard Online mobile app uses?

Like most apps, StarCard Online mobile app uses your smartphone’s location services and internet data. Costs vary depending on your network provider and mobile phone plan. Contact your mobile service provider for more information.

How do I terminate my account on StarCard online mobile app?

Please reach out to Customer Service at for assistance. or call our hotline at 1800-88-3169 from Monday to Friday: 8am to 6pm, Saturday: 8:30am to 12:30pm

Note that if you terminate website account, mobile app access will automatically be terminated too.

I can’t remember my User ID for Website or Mobile app how do I reset my password?

Do this via Starcard online website, click the Forgotten your Password link and follow the flows. Once completed, you will receive a temporary password via email.

If you can’t remember your User ID, please call customer service for assistance.


IMPORTANT NOTE: User ID and Password are both case sensitive. The system will only allow 3 unsuccessful attempts. If you need assistance, Please contact customer service for more information.

Who do I contact if I have other questions and feedback related to my StarCard Online?

    Order new cards for your fleet. Online self-serve portal is available 24/7 for all you card ordering and card maintenance needs.

    For first time users of Starcard Online, click Request a Logon to register and gain access.

    Click Forgotten your Password link and receive a temporary password via email.

    Find and download reports. Request a Report to download the reports available online 

    Find all the transactions under your account. The screen displays accounts linked to your User ID.
