1. Eligibility 

1.1 To be eligible for this offer, you must apply, and be approved for, a new Caltex StarCard by WEX Australia Pty Ltd (“WEX”) (“Approved Account Holders”).

1.2 Participation in this offer is open to Australian businesses that:

(a) have a valid ABN; and

(b) are not current Caltex StarCard accountholders or have been Caltex StarCard accountholders in the 12 months prior to 24 November 2025.

1.3 The Caltex StarCard application and account is otherwise subject to the Caltex StarCard Terms issued by WEX. To apply for a Caltex StarCard account, visit oa.starcard.com.au.

2. Fuel Discount 

2.1 Receive a 9 cents per litre discount on eligible fuel purchases at Caltex and Caltex StarCard Merchant Locations (“Fuel Discount”) commencing on the date your Caltex StarCard account application is approved by WEX.

2.2 The Fuel Discount will be applied on the pump price of any petrol or diesel fuel purchased on the Approved Account Holder’s Caltex StarCard account. This Fuel Discount is not available on purchases of LPG and AdBlue. 

2.3 The Fuel Discount is inclusive of GST.

2.4 This Fuel Discount is not available in conjunction with any other offer, discount, privilege or promotion, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by the Promoter.

2.5 A full list of available Caltex and Caltex StarCard Merchant Locations is available on the Caltex website: https://www.caltex.com/au/business-solutions/starcard/caltex-starcard-locations.html. The list of available Caltex and Caltex StarCard Merchant Locations is subject to change from time to time and the Promoter reserves the right to make changes without notice to Approved Account Holders.

3. Monthly Card Fees

3.1 Offer includes waiver of the standard $2.50 (ex GST) card fee per month/per card for the first 6 months. Waiver of standard card fee per month/per card commences on approval of Caltex StarCard account application by WEX and ends after 6 months. After the first 12 months, the $2.50 (ex GST) card fee per month/per card will be apply. 

3.2 Approved Account Holders acknowledge and agree that the Promoter may in its sole discretion cease the waiver of monthly card fees. In such circumstances, the monthly card fees will be reinstated to the then standard Caltex StarCard rate at any time no less than 60 days’ notice (currently $1.00 per month/per card as at 24 November 2025).

3.3 All other fees and charges apply and are subject to change in accordance with the Caltex StarCard Terms issued by WEX and fee schedule. 

4. Withdrawing or Varying Fuel Discount 

4.1 Approved Account Holder acknowledges and agrees that the Promoter may withdraw or vary the Fuel Discount at any time on 60 days’ notice. 

4.2 In circumstances where the Fuel Discount is withdrawn entirely, the Approved Account Holder’s fuel discount will revert to the then standard Caltex StarCard base offer, which as at 24 November 2025 is a 4c per litre fuel discount (subject to the Caltex StarCard “4 cents per litre off fuel purchases" terms and conditions).

5. Other

5.1 The offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer, discount, privilege or promotion, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by the Promoter.

5.2 To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law, the Promoter will not be liable for, and excludes all liability for, any direct or indirect loss, damage or expense (including if due to negligence) arising in connection with this offer.

5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or vary this offer at any time.
