Gas Up for Rewards

1.       Promo is open to all Go Rewards members.

2.       Members can earn one (1) e-raffle entry for every Php 200 spend on any Caltex fuel (Platinum with Techron, Silver with Techron, Diesel with Techron D, and Power Diesel with Techron D).

3.       Promo is valid at any of the participating Caltex stations  listed in Annex A.

4.       Members must present their Go Rewards or Robinsons Rewards card upon payment to earn e-raffle entries.

5.       Promo duration is from June 1 to August 31, 2024.

6.       A total of thirty (30) winners will be drawn throughout the promo period. Fifteen (15) winners will win StarCash worth Fifty Thousand Pesos (P50,000) each. Fifteen (15) winners will win Go Rewards points worth ten thousand pesos (P10,000) each.

7.       Winners will be determined on the following dates via MS Teams at 2pm in the presence of a DTI representative:

8.       A member may only win once. If a member is drawn more than once, he or she will receive the prize with higher value.

9.       All winners drawn will be verified by Data Analytics Ventures, Inc. within one month from the draw date. The list of verified winners will be released once the verification has been completed.

10.    Data Analytics Inc., and Chevron Philippines, Inc. have the right to suspend release of prizes or void any e-raffle entry should misrepresentation or fraud be proven.

11.    Prize is not convertible to cash or other items or services.

12.    Only members who have registered their name, mailing address, contact number, and e-mail address with Go Rewards are entitled to win the promo. Members may check if these details are available and provide missing details through the Member Profile Tab of the Go Rewards mobile app any time before the date of the determination of winners.

13.    The winner will be notified by Go Rewards Member Care via registered mail through the mailing address provided by the member. An e-mail or an SMS may also be sent as additional notification to the winner. Winners will be announced via the official Facebook Page of Go Rewards and on Caltex’s Facebook page.

16.    Submit the following requirements via email to cccsocmedsupportAP@chevron.com:

17.    A copy of Go Rewards/Robinsons Rewards card; and

18.    A copy of any two (2) valid proof of identification with photo (i.e. Driver’s License, Passport, SSS, TIN, Voter’s ID, etc.).

19.    Caltex will deliver the StarCash via LBC to the winner’s home address registered in the Go Rewards app or the home address written on the email communication informing them that they won or in the submitted government ID.

20.    Upon receipt by the winner, the StarCash will still be inactive. To activate, winners must send an activation request via email (cccsocmedsupportAP@chevron.com) or call Caltex hotline: (02) 88677710 from Monday to Saturday, 7:30am to 8pm, Sunday: 8am to 8pm.

21.    For Go Rewards Points Prize

22.    Submit the following via email to customercare@gorewards.com.ph:

23.    A copy of Go Rewards/Robinsons Rewards card; and

24.    A copy of any two (2) valid proof of identification with photo (i.e. Driver’s License, Passport, SSS, TIN, Voter’s ID, etc.).

25.    Go Rewards points will be automatically credited to the member’s account within seven (7) days after Go Rewards’ receipt of the winner’s complete set of requirements.

26.    Redemption of prizes shall be within sixty (60) days from the receipt of notification. Otherwise, the prize will be forfeited in favor of the brand with prior approval of DTI.

27.    All employees of Data Analytics, Inc., Chevron Philippines, Inc., Caltex retailers and staff, and their third-party agencies who are directly involved in the promotion, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.

28.    Any dispute concerning the promo shall be settled directly between the member and the merchant.
