To enroll in Caltex Rewards Program, customers have to get a Caltex Rewards Card at any Caltex Service Station, and complete his/her Caltex Rewards Card registration via CaltexGO mobile app or Caltex’s website here. Upon successful registration, a customer will become a Caltex Rewards Member. Members can immediately use the Caltex Rewards Card to fuel up and to earn Points.

If you have received the Caltex Rewards Card via mail earlier, you can just create password and login to the account.  

All mandatory fields specified in the application for the Caltex Rewards Program (including your full name, date of birth, valid mobile number and email address) must be provided in order to complete the registration . Your mobile number and email address provided will need to be verified by a One-Time-Password (OPT) in order to complete the registration.  

If you received message of "mobile number entered is already in use" while you are providing your mobile phone number,  you may direct visit create password and then login to the account.  

Caltex Rewards Member can easily earn Points by fueling up at Caltex service stations using their Caltex Rewards Card. For any single approved gasoline transaction,

• One Caltex Rewards Point can be earned upon every paid litre of Caltex with Techron® Platinum Gasoline purchased at the Caltex Service Station when the registered Caltex Rewards Card is presented and used at the time of purchase.  The number of Points earned is based on the paid gasoline litres, and is rounded down to the nearest whole number.
• One Caltex Rewards Point can be earned upon every two paid litres of Caltex with Techron® Gold Gasoline purchased at the Caltex Service Station when the registered Caltex Rewards Card is presented and used at the time of purchase.  The number of Point earned is based on the paid gasoline litres, and is rounded down to the nearest whole number.

Members present and use the registered card for the gasoline transactions made from 00:00 on the first day until 23:59 on the last day of the registered birthday month can earn 2 times the Caltex Rewards Points.

Example 1 - Fuel up with Caltex Platinum with Techron® Gasoline at birthday month 

Pump price of Caltex Platinum with Techron® Gasoline: HK$28/L

Paid amount (after discount): HK$500

Points earned: HK$500/HK$28 = 17.86 (=17 points earned, round down to the nearest whole number)

2x birthday month bonus: 17 points x 2 = 34 points 

Example 2 - Fuel up with Caltex Gold with Techron® Gasoline

Pump price of Caltex Gold with Techron® Gasoline: HK$26/L

Paid amount (after discount): HK$500

Points earned: HK$500/HK$26/2 = 9.62 (=9 points earned, round down to the nearest whole number)

Members can redeem and use the Caltex Rewards Points earned to offset gasoline transaction amount (based on the pump price at Service Stations) or to redeem designated items by presenting and using the Registered Card at any Caltex Service Stations. One Caltex Rewards Point is equivalent to HK$1 (one dollar).

Download CaltexGO, login with your registered mobile number and password to check the points balance. 

If you have registered via website but forgot password, please visit again the website to reset password*. After that, you may download CaltexGO and login with your registered mobile number and new password in order to check your account.

Unless otherwise specified, Caltex Rewards Points earned and/or redeemed will be reflected in your Caltex Rewards Program account immediately after the transaction.

All accumulated Caltex Rewards Points are not redeemable for cash and shall expire by end of the second year after the Caltex Rewards Points are issued. For example, Caltex Rewards Points earned between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive) will expire on 31 December 2026. The relevant period is subject to the final decision of Bangchak Hong Kong Limited.

Download CaltexGO, login with your registered mobile number and password to check the points balance.
