"RACQ MEMBER IN-STORE SPEND 10% DISCOUNT” OFFER Terms and Conditions
- The “RACQ Member purchases fuel and shop products in one transaction to save 10% on shop products” Offer (“Offer”) is only available to RACQ members with a valid RACQ membership card (“RACQ Card”) in Australia. The Offer is valid from 01/07/2026 to 31/07/2026 (inclusive), unless withdrawn earlier (“Offer Period”).
- The Offer can be redeemed at a participating Caltex Star Mart service station in QLD by RACQ Members:
- purchasing any grade of fuel (petrol, diesel or LPG) – excludes AdBlue;
- purchasing products in-store, excluding telecommunications products (including mobile and internet recharge), smoking products and smoking accessories, COVID-19 rapid antigen (RAT) self-tests, car wash services, gift cards (including iTunes and other pre-paid cards), lottery, and cashouts (“Eligible In-Store Purchases”); and
- presenting and scanning a valid physical or digital RACQ Card barcode at the point of purchase, within a single transaction during the Offer Period (together the “Qualifying Transaction”).
- purchasing any grade of fuel (petrol, diesel or LPG) – excludes AdBlue;
- A 10% discount (“Discount”) will be applied to the Eligible In-Store Purchases. Limit of one Discount per transaction. The Discount does not apply to any purchases of fuel.
- Where applicable, the standard RACQ 4 cent per litre discount will be applied in respect of the fuel component of transactions (up to a maximum of 120 litres). - The Offer is not available on any fuel card or fleet card transactions.
- For clarity, photographs of RACQ Cards, paper RACQ Cards and RACQ Cards without barcodes will not be accepted.
- This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, privilege or promotion, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Chevron Australia Downstream Pty Ltd (“Chevron”).
- To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law, Chevron will not be liable for, and excludes all liability for, any direct or indirect loss, damage or expense (including if due to negligence) arising in connection with this Offer.
- The terms and conditions of the Offer may be amended or replaced (or the Offer suspended or cancelled) by Chevron at any time at its discretion.
