Caltex Rewards is our customer loyalty program which allows you to earn points for your fuel purchases at Caltex and redeem your points for dollars off your fuel purchases.

You can earn Caltex Rewards points when you make an eligible fuel purchase at a participating Caltex service station. *Simply scan your Caltex Rewards QR code in the CaltexGO app when you pay to earn points.

You can earn Caltex Rewards points on eligible fuel transactions at the following rates: *

• 1 litre of Premium Unleaded 98 with Techron = 2 Caltex Rewards points.
• 1 litre of petrol, diesel and other fuels at the pump = 1 Caltex Rewards point (includes Unleaded, Premium Unleaded 95, Regular Diesel, Premium Diesel, E10, LPG, Opal sold at the pump). 

We may also run promotions where you can collect bonus Caltex Rewards points. Some of these promotions may be exclusive personalised offers to collect bonus Caltex Rewards points based on your individual profile and will only be available on your Caltex Rewards account.

Caltex Rewards points can be earned at any participating Caltex service station. To find a participating service station visit caltex.com/au/find-us .

There is no limit to the number of Caltex Rewards points that you can earn. However, you will not earn points above any of the following transaction limits:

• 120 litres per transaction;
• 4 transactions per day; or
• 15,000 litres per month.

You can redeem your Caltex Rewards Points for dollars off on eligible fuel purchases at participating Caltex service stations. The standard rate is 500 Caltex Rewards Points = $10 off.

 

When paying for your fuel at any participating Caltex service station, open your CaltexGO app and scan your Caltex Rewards QR code. If you have 500 Caltex Rewards points or more, you will be asked if you want to redeem your points. If you choose to redeem your Caltex Rewards points, the applicable discount will be applied to your transaction, and your Caltex Rewards points balance will be lowered by the number of Caltex Rewards points redeemed.

 

The Minimum Caltex Rewards points redemption is 500 points. Caltex Rewards points can only be redeemed in increments of 500 points, however, there is no limit to the number of 500-point increments you can redeem in one transaction.

No, Caltex Rewards points can only be redeemed in 500-point increments. Each 500-point increment equals $10 in value.

No, you do not need to redeem all of your Caltex Rewards points in one transaction. However, Caltex Rewards points can only be redeemed in increments of 500 points. There is no limit to the number of 500-point increments you can redeem in one transaction. You can choose to use the maximum number of Caltex Rewards points available as dollars off your fuel transaction.

No, Caltex Rewards Points are only redeemable on fuel transactions. Caltex Rewards points cannot be used to purchase in-store products.

You can check your Caltex Rewards points balance any time by logging into your Caltex Rewards account on the CaltexGO app. You will find your Caltex Rewards points balance shown on the home screen. Please allow up to 48 hours (about 2 days) for Caltex Rewards points to appear in your account after earning them.

No, you will not be able to combine your Caltex Rewards points with other rewards programs. Caltex Rewards points cannot be earned or redeemed in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion including RAC Member discount, RACQ Member discount or StarCard or other fleet card discounts, unless specified otherwise.

Caltex Rewards Points will expire 2 years after the date they were earned. For example, if 50 points were earned on 1 October 2023, they will expire on 30 September 2025.

 

Unfortunately, Caltex Rewards points cannot be re-credited once they have expired.

 

Chevron reserves the right to amend the validity period of the Caltex Rewards points from time to time with prior notice to you.

Unless specified or promoted otherwise, Caltex Rewards points may not be redeemed and combined with any other discount, offer, or promotion including RAC Member discount, RACQ Member discount or StarCard or other fleet card discounts. You must choose to either redeem your Caltex Rewards points or have the other discount, offer or promotion applied at the time of your eligible fuel purchase.

 

We may from time-to-time offer exclusive promotions that will include Caltex Rewards Point earning.

No, Caltex Rewards points are not convertible or redeemable for cash. Caltex Rewards points can only be redeemed as dollars off your fuel transaction.

Yes, to participate in the Caltex Rewards Program, you will need to download the CaltexGO app to register for Caltex Rewards. Unless you have successfully completed the application process and been approved, you will not be able to earn or redeem any Caltex Rewards points under the Caltex Rewards Program.

If you are already using the CaltexGO app, you just need to make sure you are using the up-to-date version of CaltexGO and have accepted the updated Caltex Rewards Program Terms and Conditions .

Yes. You are required to confirm your email address to activate your QR code before enjoying any discounts at Caltex stations.

This 2-step verification helps to protect your account with both your password and email.

You can change your registered email address in a few steps:

• Tap on Profile icon on home screen
• Select "Edit" besides your name
• Enter new email address
• Tab “Save" to confirm update
• An OPT will be sent to your email for verification. You may complete the verification step to complete your profile update.

Once your account is deleted, we will remove all your data from the Caltex Rewards Program. Caltex Rewards points are automatically void upon termination of the Caltex Rewards Program, or when you cease to be a member.

No, the Caltex Rewards points in your account cannot be transferred to another Caltex Rewards member.

You can request a new One Time Pin after the time for the first lapses. Please allow at least three minutes to pass before requesting a new One Time Pin. If you still do not receive your new One Time Pin, please contact us .

Customers are not allowed to make changes to their birth month and year on their account. If you’re looking to change it, please contact us and we will assist you accordingly.

You will need to provide your first name, last name, email address, Australian phone number and date of birth (month and year) to register for Caltex Rewards.

Like most apps, CaltexGO uses your smartphone’s location services and internet data. Costs vary depending on your network provider and mobile phone plan. Contact your mobile service provider for more information.

CaltexGO only uses the location services in your mobile’s native operating system when the app is running to activate your QR code. The app will not be able to determine your location if it is not open.

You may choose to opt in or opt out of receiving marketing communications from us. By opting in, you will receive notifications of the various special offers available to you as a Caltex Rewards member. If you wish to opt out of receiving such marketing emails, you can go to your account and change your settings at any time. However, you will still receive non-promotional emails about your account, such as technical updates or any change in programs or policies.
