Terms & Conditions
1. Instructions on how to claim and the reward(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
2. Claims are only open to Australian residents aged 16 years or older.
3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimant’s (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the claim process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
4. The Promoter will distribute Caltex Coffee Plus Loyalty Cards (“Loyalty Card”) to customers at Participating Stations (defined below) as part of this Promotion. Any claims received after the Promoter stops distributing Loyalty Cards will be honoured.
5. A Participating Station is any Caltex service station with a barista facility that distributes Loyalty Cards to customers (“Participating Station”).
6. To claim, individuals must complete the following steps:
- Collect a Loyalty Card from a member of staff;
- Have their card stamped after they pay for a barista made coffee at a Participating Station. It is the individual’s responsibility to ensure they provide their Loyalty Card to a staff member to stamp at the time of purchase of the barista made coffee. Any request for stamping of the Loyalty Card for a previous barista made coffee purchase not presented at the time of purchase will not be honoured; and
- After purchasing nine (9) barista made coffees, the individual will receive a regular barista made coffee free. For clarity, the nine (9) barista made coffees can be of any size and do not need to be regular sized. Loyalty Cards must be card surrendered at the time of redemption
7. Multiple claims permitted subject to the following: (a) only one (1) stamp permitted per coffee purchased; (b) only one (1) claim permitted for every nine (9) barista made coffees purchased; and (c) each claim must be submitted separately and in accordance with claim requirements. Unrecognised or copied Loyalty Cards will be deemed invalid.
8. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the claimant.
9. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Every valid claim received will receive a regular barista made coffee for free.
11. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Loyalty Card are not included. Redemption of the Loyalty Card is subject to any terms and conditions specified on the Loyalty Card.
12. Rewards are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
13. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
