What phones are compatible with the CaltexGO app?

Any device running on Apple iOS 10/Android 5.1.1 or later. 

Where can I download the CaltexGO app?

CaltexGO is available on Apple and Google Play App stores.

Do I need to register?

Yes. You need to register and create a CaltexGO account to enjoy the instant fuel discount.  

Can I use or share a common mobile number for CaltexGO?

To ensure the authenticity of our users, individual mobile numbers used to enjoy exclusive offers that can only be bound to 1 account at a time and cannot be used for on multiple accounts.

Will I receive an email confirmation?

Yes. You are required to confirm your email address to activate your QR code before enjoying any discounts at Caltex stations.

Why do I need to verify my email address?

This 2-step verification helps to protect your account with both your password and email.

How do I redeem my fuel discount?

You can redeem your 4 cents off per litre discount simply by opening your CaltexGO app and selecting the Rewards QR Code button from the home screen. Scan this QR code in store when paying for your fuel to apply the discount. It’s as easy as that. 

Can I use the fuel discount to purchase any fuel type?

Yes. You can purchase both Petrol and Diesel. 

How do I change my registered email address?

You can change your registered email address in a few steps: 

  1. Tab on Profile icon on home screen
  2. Select "Edit" besides your name
  3. Enter new email address
  4. Tab “Save" to confirm update

An OPT will be sent to your email for verification. You may complete the verification step to complete your profile update.

I have selected the wrong birthday month during the registration, how can I change it?

Customers are not allowed to make changes to their birth month and year on their account. If you’re looking to change it, please reach out to our customer service team and we will assist you accordingly.

How will Caltex contact me with my email address?

You may choose to opt in or opt out of receiving marketing communications from us. By opting in, you will receive notifications of the various special offers available to you as a Caltex Rewards member. If you wish to opt out of receiving such marketing emails, you can go to your account and change your settings at any time. However, you will still receive non-promotional emails about your account, such as technical updates or any change in programs or policies. 

Are you tracking me?

CaltexGO only uses the location services in your mobile’s native operating system when the app is running to activate your QR code. The app will not be able to determine your location if it is not open. 

How will CaltexGO protect my data?

Caltex uses a variety of security technologies and procedures for storing and securing personal information and is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), as well as the other applicable laws protecting privacy. We work with our service providers and vendors to ensure that each of them maintains appropriate physical, technical and infrastructural security measures to secure your personal information. How much data does CaltexGO app use?

Like most apps, CaltexGO uses your smartphone’s location services and internet data. Costs vary depending on your network provider and mobile phone plan. Contact your mobile service provider for more information. 

Where can I use my CaltexGO app?

Your CaltexGO app can be used at selected Caltex Stations. For more information, refer to CaltexGO enabled stations for operating hours and locations. 

If I change a new phone, can I log into my CaltexGO app account using a new device to get fuel discount?

Yes, you can log in to your CaltexGO account from a new device using your password. 

There is an unauthorized access on my CaltexGO app. What should I do?

You must immediately notify the CaltexGO Support Team at AUCSCEmail@chevron.com to request CaltexGO account cancellation or temporary suspension.
