    CaltexGO Fuel Good Spin Terms and Conditions

    CaltexGO Fuel Good Spin Promotion (“Promotion”).

    Organizer:

    • This Promotion is organized by Chevron Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Chevron”). Participation in the Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions set out herein and as may be revised by Chevron from time to time at its own discretion.

     

    Eligibility:                                                                                                                 

    • All CaltexGO users who are a Standard or Star Driver user with a valid Link Rewards membership (Link, NTUC, nEbO, NTUC Link Credit/Debit or Trust Link Credit/Debit card) (“Eligible Participants”) onboarded under Loyalty Program on the CaltexGO Rewards App (“CaltexGO”) are eligible to participate in the Promotion to stand a chance to win a Fuel Good Spin Prize and/or Grand Draw Prize (collectively, “Prizes”). Payment by Caltex StarCard is excluded for this promotion.

     

    Promotion & Redemption Period:

    • The Promotion period (“Promotion Period”) shall commence on 5 December 2024 (0700hrs) and end on 28 February 2025 (2359hrs) or until all prizes have been issued, whichever is earlier.
    • The Redemption period (“Redemption Period”) shall commence on 5 December (0700hrs) and end on 15 March 2025 (2359hrs) or until all prizes have been redeemed, whichever is earlier.

     

    Fuel Good Spin Mechanics:

    • An Eligible Participant is entitled to receive one CaltexGO Fuel Good Spin play credit (“Play Credit”) for each transaction of at least $50 nett on fuel (after any applicable discount) and paid using CaltexGO at any Caltex service station in Singapore during the Promotion Period.
    • Each Play Credit entitles the Eliglible Participant to participate in one CaltexGO Fuel Good Spin game to win a Star Mart or fuel voucher (“Fuel Good Spin Prize”).
    • Each Fuel Good Spin Prize will be credited as an e-voucher within 24 hours to the winner’s CaltexGO account and must be redeemed within the Redemption Period.

     

    Grand Draw Mechanics:

    • An Eligible Participant is entitled to receive one CaltexGO Grand draw chance (“Grand Draw Chance”) for each transaction of at least $50 nett on fuel and paid using CaltexGO at any Caltex service station in Singapore during the Promotion Period.
    • Each Grand Draw Chance represents a chance to win monthly CaltexGO grand draw prizes (“Grand Draw Prize”).
    • Monthly Grand Draw will be conducted at Caltex Holland (297 Holland Rd, Singapore 278629) on 6th January, 6th February and 6th March 2025 from 1000 hours to 1100 hours (“Grand Draw Date”).
    • All Grand Draw winners will be informed via a CaltexGO notification email with the collection details of the Monthly Grand Draw Prize within 3 working days from the Grand Draw Date.
    • Participation in the Grand Draw is open to all Eligible Participants except employees, affiliates, and agency employees of Chevron.
    • Winners for the Grand Draw Prize have to collect their prize(s) within 30 days from the date of issuance (“Collection Period”). If any prize is unclaimed or any winner does not accept the prize won by the end of Collection Period or any other period stated in these terms and conditions, whichever is later, Chevron reserves the right and has the absolute discretion to deal with the Grand Draw Prize in any manner deemed fit in its sole and absolute discretion. 

     

    Fuel Good Spin Prizes:

    • There will be a total of 120,000 Fuel Good Spin Prizes comprising the following:
      • $2 off CaltexGO Fuel Voucher – 60,000 winners
      • $3 off CaltexGO Fuel Voucher – 25,000 winners
      • $4 off CaltexGO Fuel Voucher – 15,000 winners
      • $5 off Star Mart Fuel Voucher – 12,000 winners
      • $10 off Star Mart Fuel Voucher – 8,000 winners

     

    Grand Draw Prizes:

    • There will be a total of 9 Grand Draw Prizes comprising the following:

    • To redeem $10 off Star Mart voucher, present the QR code redemption with your CaltexGO App at any Caltex Station in Singapore during the Redemption Period, subject to a minimum gross spend of $30 at Star Mart.
    • The Voucher cannot be used for purchases of controlled items such as newspapers, tobacco products, parking coupons, phone cards and prepaid cards. 
    • Only one (1) voucher can be used per transaction.
    • The full value of the Voucher will be deducted and no refund in cash or otherwise will be given for partial use.  The unused value of the Voucher will be forfeited upon redemption.
    • The Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, special promotions or vouchers, unless otherwise expressly provided by Chevron. 
    • The Voucher is not transferable and not exchangeable for cash or for other benefits or goods/ services. Other terms and conditions apply. 
    • The Voucher must be redeemed within the Redemption Period. If any Voucher is not redeemed within the Redemption Period, it will be invalid and be dealt with at Chevron’s sole discretion without further notice.

    • To redeem $5 off Star Mart voucher, present the QR code redemption with your CaltexGO App at any Caltex Station in Singapore during the Redemption Period, subject to a minimum gross spend of $30 at Star Mart.

    • It is not exchangeable for cash.

    • Chevron’s decisions on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and binding. Chevron will not enter into any correspondence or communication with any party in relation to such decisions.
    • Chevron, its affiliate companies, parents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will not be held responsible or liable for any personal injury or damage to property caused by the Prizes (including any products purchased using the Prizes) and shall be indemnified by the relevant Eligible Participant against any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to any person, including death, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance or use of the Prize(s) (including any products purchased). Chevron shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever in the event of any complaint, dispute, damage or defect arising in respect of any of the Prizes. Any such complaints, disputes, damage or defects should be directly communicated to and resolved with the manufacturer, supplier or Royal Caribbean Cruises (Asia) Pte Ltd, as the case may be.
