    All Singapore CaltexGO users who are Standard or Star Driver users with a valid Link Rewards membership (Link, NTUC, nEbO, NTUC Link Credit/Debit, or Trust Link Credit/Debit card) are eligible to participate.

     

    Promotion & Redemption Period

    When does the Promotion period start and end?

    The Promotion period starts on 5 December 2024 at 07:00 hrs and ends on 28 February 2025 at 23:59 hrs or until all prizes have been issued, whichever is earlier.

    When is the Redemption period?

    The Redemption period starts on 5 December 2024 at 07:00 hrs and ends on 15 March 2025 at 23:59 hrs or until all prizes have been redeemed, whichever is earlier.

     

    Spin & Win Mechanics

    How can I participate in the Fuel Good Spin game?

    Eligible Participants receive one CaltexGO spin credit for every minimum of $50 nett fuel spend (after applicable discount) in a single transaction using CaltexGO at any Caltex service station in Singapore during the Promotion Period.

    What can I win in the Fuel Good Spin game?

    Each spin credit entitles the participant to one spin that stand a chance to win Star Mart or fuel voucher ("Fuel Good Spin Prize"). Prizes will be credited as e-vouchers within 24 hours to the

    Lucky Draw Mechanics

    How can I participate in the Lucky Draw?

    Eligible Participants receive one CaltexGO lucky draw chance ("Lucky Draw Chance") for every minimum of $50 nett fuel spend in a single transaction using CaltexGO at any Caltex service station in Singapore during the Promotion Period.

    When are the Lucky Draws conducted?

    Monthly Lucky Draws will be conducted at Caltex Holland (297 Holland Rd, Singapore 278629) on 6th January, 6th February, and 6th March 2025 from 10:00 hrs to 11:00 hrs

    How will I be informed if I win a Lucky Draw prize?

    All Lucky Draw winners will be informed via a CaltexGO notification email with the collection details of the Monthly Lucky Draw Prize won within 3 working days from the Lucky Draw Date.

    There will be a total of 120,000 Spin & Win Prizes comprising:

    • $2 off CaltexGO Fuel Voucher – 60,000 pieces
    • $3 off CaltexGO Fuel Voucher – 25,000 pieces
    • $4 off CaltexGO Fuel Voucher – 15,000 pieces
    • $5 off Star Mart Fuel Voucher – 8,000 pieces
    • $10 off Star Mart Fuel Voucher – 12,000 pieces

    What are the Lucky Draw Prizes?

    There will be a total of 9 Lucky Draw Prizes comprising:

    Prize Redemption

    How can I redeem my Fuel Good Spin Prizes?

    Prizes can be redeemed by presenting the QR code redemption with your CaltexGO App at any Caltex Station in Singapore within the Redemption Period.

    Are there any restrictions on using the vouchers?

    Yes, vouchers may not be used for purchases of controlled items such as newspapers, tobacco products, parking coupons, phone cards, and prepaid cards. Only one voucher can be used per transaction, and the full value of the voucher will be deducted with no refund for partial use

    Are the prizes transferable or exchangeable?

    All prizes are non-transferable, non-replaceable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items or benefits. Chevron reserves the right to replace any prize with items of similar or other value at any time without prior notice

    What happens if I do not redeem my prize within the Redemption Period?

    If any prize is not redeemed within the Redemption Period, it will be invalid and dealt with at Chevron’s sole discretion without further notice.
