CaltexGO Cup Lid Giveaway (“Promotion”) Terms and Conditions

• This Promotion is organized by Chevron Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Chevron”). Participation in the Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions set out herein and as may be revised by Chevron from time to time at its own discretion and without prior notice.
• A customer who spends at least $20 gross on fuel and makes payment via the CaltexGO App or QR code (“Eligible Customer”) is eligible for this Promotion. An Eligible Customer will receive an electronic voucher to redeem a limited-edition Caltex Cup Lid (“Gift”). In order to redeem the Product, an Eligible Customer must present the electronic voucher at the cashier of any Caltex Station in Singapore.·      
• Once the packaging of the Gift has been opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged. However, for any defect in the Gift that is notified to Chevron within 7 days of the purchase, Chevron will replace the Gift free of any charge subject to the Eligible Customer’s presentation of the original receipt. 
• Chevron shall not be responsible or liable for any claim, loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or the use of the Gift.
• Chevron reserves the right the change the Promotion mechanics, terms and conditions or cancel the Promotion entirely at any time without any liability or prior notice.
• Chevron’s decisions on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and binding. Chevron will not enter into any correspondence or communication with any party in relation to such decisions.
• Chevron, its affiliate companies, parents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (“Indemnitees”) will not be held responsible or liable for any personal injury or damage to property caused by the use of the Gift and you will indemnify the Indemnities against any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the Gift or pertaining to the quality/safety/fitness for use/suitability of any of the Gift. Chevron shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever in the event of any complaint, dispute, damage or defect arising in respect of any of the Gift. Any such complaints, disputes, damage or defects should be directly communicated to and resolved with the manufacturer and/or supplier of the Gift.
