He oversees the finished lubricants sales and marketing operations across automotive, commercial, industrial, and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) segments. Since joining Chevron Thailand in 1993, he has held different positions in Lubricants Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Business Development.

With broad range of Mechanical Maintenance Expertise from Marine, Power Generation to Mining Industries, over the last 23 years, Paul has been focusing on Using Oil Analysis Data to refine Lubrication Selection and Preventive Maintenance Practices. He also has established two very successful Oil Analysis Programs for remote locations with On-site Laboratories that provide timely and comprehensive analysis.

Greg Croce

Greg Croce joined Chevron in the year 2000. Greg has held several positions ranging from Global OEM Service Engineer to Product Line Specialist for North America and Global Marine. In his current role, he globally manages Chevron Heavy Duty Product Line, which includes Heavy Duty Engine Oils, Driveline Products, Coolants and Greases. Outside of Chevron, Greg is a very active member of the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers (STLE), Greg has been on the Board of Directors since 2005, the executive committee since 2015 and currently the STLE President for 2018-2019.

Nathan Knotts

Since joining Chevron 10 years ago with his B.S. degree in Chemistry from Adams State College and Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Missouri-Columbia, Nathan’s current role is Global Product Line Manager for Industrial Oils and Grease, focusing on developing Product Line Strategies, as well as Designing and Conducting Differentiation Testing. Prior to his current role, he was the Global Product Development Scientist, specializing on Hydraulic fluids, Rock Drill oils, Metalworking, etc. Outside of Chevron, Nathan is a participating member of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and is the current Chair for D.02 Section N Hydraulics. A member of the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers (STLE) and has chaired the training course for hydraulics as well as participated as an SME speaker for the course.

Elang Kumaran Suppiah

As an Application Engineer with Fluke South East Asia, with more than four years of experience in the electronic manufacturing industry, he specializes in streamlining workflow and creating an effective teamwork environment to enhance machine productivity as well as conducting a training program to enhance machine design. He has also completed his Master Studies specializing in sensor design and developing new testing on vibration energy to electrical energy.

Andy is one of S.E. Asia’s leading Oil Analysis Instructors, with a wealth of experience in Oil Analysis in the region, in such countries as Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Thailand. Andy has established and managed Oil Analysis laboratories for such names as Optimal Systems Inc. and Litton Industries, before co-founding Focuslab Ltd. in Thailand. In addition to Commercial Oil Analysis, he has managed Military S.O.A.P Laboratories for the Iranian Department of Defense. In addition to conducting Noria Oil Analysis and Machinery Lubrication Courses, he has co-authored several technical papers on anti-oxidant testing, varnish and sludge control.

Shengchun Yan

Dr. Yan Shengchun is the Regional Technology Specialist of Chevron Lubricants in Asia Pakistan, China, Africa, and Middle East regions, with over 20-years’ experience with lubricants, engine coolants, and lubricants and fuel additives.  He has been widely involved with products and technical support of finished lubricants and engine coolants in the regions, with varied experience in sales management and OEM relationship management.

As Lead Rotating Equipment Engineer, with over 20 years’ experience, he is responsible for the implementation of condition monitoring programs including online/offline vibration monitoring, lube oil analysis, performance assessment and equipment trouble shooting and re-rate advice. Khun Sompoj has also been responsible for developing the company’s lube oil analysis programme to provide the appropriate testing for the various lubricant and machine types used in the refinery.

Sam has worked extensively with small and large customers as well as OEMs to create mutually beneficial lubrication solutions.

Prior to being the Technical Service Manager in Evonik Oil Additives Asia Pacific for the SEAANZ region, Claudia had 6 years’ experience in different positions within Evonik’s R&D organization doing product development for various applications ranging from medical, automotive, oil & gas to wax modifiers and comb polymer VIIs.  She graduated in 2012 with a PhD with honors in polymer chemistry from Philipps University in Marburg, Germany.
