This Promotion is valid from 15th September to 31st October, 2024 (“Promotion Period”) or until stocks last.

Prizes shown may differ from the actual prizes.

Persons under the age of 18, employees of Chevron’s advertising agencies, activation agencies and Chevron or their family members  and suppliers are not eligible for this Promotion.

Chevron Pakistan Lubricants (Private) Limited (“Chevron”) reserves the right to cancel the Promotion entirely and/or change the terms & conditions, the prizes, the Promotion mechanics or rules in its sole and absolute discretion at any time without liability or prior notice.

In the event of any dispute, Chevron's decision will be final.

A maximum of five entries per mobile number will be accepted.

By taking part in this Promotion, you confirm and acknowledge that you have read and consented to these terms & conditions.

Chevron reserves the right to reject or accept any entry. The prizes are promotional in nature and are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

By participating in this Promotion, you consent to the collection and processing of the personal data you provide. Chevron reserves the right to use all data collected through this advertising campaign for future promotional activities.

This promotion is subject to compliance with US export control and trade sanctions laws. For the avoidance of doubt, Chevron reserves the right to exclude or disqualify any participant or otherwise rescind/withhold a prize awarded to a person who is subject to economic sanctions or any trade restrictions imposed by the U.S. government; debarred or excluded or declared ineligible to participate in U.S. government contracts, or contracts, grants, or other programs financed in whole or part by the U.S. government; or listed on any applicable government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Chevron shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with such exclusion or disqualification.

If any participant does not meet the eligibility requirements or is subject to any restrictions, as may be determined by Chevron, the participant will not be entitled to a prize in any circumstances.
