(CHI), donated P500,000 to the Philippine General Hospital Medical Foundation Inc. (PGHMFI) to address the shortage in medical supplies and personal protective equipment that our frontline healthcare professionals need for proper patient management.
The Philippine General Hospital is the country’s largest public tertiary hospital and has now been designated by the Department of Health as exclusively for COVID-19 patients.

So, we’ve partnered with GrabBayanihan!
This initiative shuttles goods while providing income to Grab driver-partners. Caltex is helping them out by giving away free fuel vouchers PARA TULUY-TULOY ANG BIYAHE!
Caltex recognizes the efforts of frontliner drivers who continuously served during the community quarantine. Last June, we released a music video that highlights the various efforts of drivers who braved the streets to provide transportation to medical frontliners and deliver food and parcels to the homes of Filipinos.
We also recognize the plight of PUV drivers who were not able to transport during the lockdown. With this, we have launched "Balik-Biyahe Discount Lanes" to help PUV drivers as they slowly go back on the road.
