Privacy Collection Notice

Your personal information is being collected by Chevron Australia Downstream Pty Ltd (ABN 52 637 005 059) ('we', 'us' or 'our'). You can contact us:

We collect personal information about you in connection with your participation in the “12 Days of Caltexmas” Promotion (the 'Promotion').  

We will collect your mobile phone number and state/territory of residence when completing the entry form for the Promotion. We will use this information to identify your full name, email address, mobile phone number, physical address and other information associated with your Caltex Rewards membership and collected via the CaltexGO mobile application (refer to the CaltexGO Privacy Collection Notice and CaltexGo Mobile Application Privacy Statement), in connection with the Promotion, and when you are awarded or receive a prize (if applicable). We will usually collect information directly from you. Where relevant we may also collect your information from third parties (such as our service providers who collect your personal information on our behalf as part of conducting the Promotion, and our commercial partners and third parties who are involved in providing any prizes, benefits, rewards, or services to you). If we collect your personal information from a third party, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that you are aware of the matters contained in this privacy collection notice.

We collect, use, and disclose your personal information to administer and provide our services related to the Promotion, sending you service communications for the administration and operation of the Promotion, dealing with your enquiries and requests and for the purposes otherwise set out in our Privacy Policy. Depending on the circumstances, we may also collect, use, and disclose information about you to consider concerns you raise with us and where otherwise required or authorised by law.

If you do not provide your personal information to us, you may not be able to enter the Promotion, you will not be eligible to win or receive any prizes, benefits, or rewards (if applicable).

We disclose your personal information to our related companies, to our third party service providers who help us conduct the Promotion or who support our business operations and to the other third parties set out in our Privacy Policy. Some of these recipients might be located overseas or may store your information outside of Australia, including in the United States of America, Singapore, and the Philippines.
