1. Offer Period.

1.1 To be eligible for this offer, you must apply, and be approved for, a new Caltex StarCard by WEX Australia Pty Ltd (“WEX”) between 00:01 AEST on 15 May 2025 and 23:59pm AEST on 15 June 2025, inclusive (“Approved Account Holders”).

1.2 The Caltex StarCard application and account is otherwise subject to the Caltex StarCard Terms issued by WEX. To apply for a Caltex StarCard account, visit oa.starcard.com.au.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Participation in this offer is open to Australian businesses that:

(a) have a valid ABN; and

(b) are not current Caltex StarCard accountholders or have been Caltex StarCard accountholders in the 12 months prior to 15 May 2025.

3. Fuel Discount

3.1 Receive a 10 cents per litre discount on eligible fuel purchases at Caltex and Caltex StarCard Merchant Locations (“Discount”) commencing on the date your Caltex StarCard account application is approved by WEX, subject to the Minimum Volume Requirement.

3.2 The Discount will be applied on the pump price of any petrol or diesel fuel purchased on the Approved Account Holder’s Caltex StarCard account. This Discount is not available on purchases of LPG and AdBlue.

3.3 The Discount is inclusive of GST.

3.4 This Discount is not available in conjunction with any other offer, discount, privilege or promotion, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by the Promoter.

4. Minimum Volume Requirement

4.1 To remain eligible for the Discount, Approved Accountholders must purchase a minimum of 500,000 litres at Caltex or Caltex StarCard Merchant Locations every 12 months using their open loop or closed loop Caltex StarCard (“Minimum Volume Requirement”).

4.2 Fuel purchased outside of Caltex or Caltex StarCard Merchant Locations will not count towards the Minimum Volume Requirement.

4.3 A full list of available Caltex and Caltex StarCard Merchant Locations is available on the Caltex website: https://www.caltex.com/au/business-solutions/starcard/caltex-starcard-locations.html. The list of available Caltex and Caltex StarCard Merchant Locations is subject to change from time to time and the Promoter reserves the right to make changes without notice to Approved Account Holders.

4.4 A “Caltex Starcard Merchant Location” includes any non-Caltex branded service station that has entered into an arrangement with the Promoter or the Promoter’s affiliates to accept Caltex StarCard and is listed on the Caltex website (as updated from time to time). For the avoidance of doubt, transactions made using an open loop Caltex StarCard card at WEX Motorpass locations that are not also Caltex or Caltex StarCard Merchant Locations will not count towards the Minimum Volume Requirement.

4.5 If, in the opinion of the Promoter, an Approved Account Holder is not likely to meet the Minimum Volume Requirement, the Promoter may on written notice to the Approved Account Holder remove the Discount. In such circumstances, the Discount will revert to then standard Caltex StarCard base offer in accordance with paragraph Error! Reference source not found.5.2 unless the Promoter decides to re-price any discount according to the account holder’s actual volumes purchased.

5. Withdrawing or Varying Discount

5.1 Where the Discount has not been removed in accordance with paragraph 4.5, the Approved Account Holder acknowledges and agrees that the Promoter may withdraw or vary the Discount at any time after an initial 12 month period on 60 days’ notice.

5.2 In circumstances where the Discount is withdraw entirely, the Approved Account Holder’s discount will revert to the then standard Caltex StarCard base offer, which as at 15 May 2025 is a 4c per litre fuel discount (subject to the Caltex StarCard “4 cents per litre off fuel purchases" terms and conditions).

6. Other

6.1 The offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer, discount, privilege or promotion, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by the Promoter.

6.2 To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law, Chevron will not be liable for, and excludes all liability for, any direct or indirect loss, damage or expense (including if due to negligence) arising in connection with this Offer.

6.3 The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or vary this offer prior to the end of Offer Period.
