What is the meaning behind the competition’s tagline “Shooting Stars”?
The star here refers to the Caltex Star in the logo, the most visible representation of our brand. When you see the Caltex Star, you know you will be getting quality, consistency and reliability.
-
Can I take pictures inside or within the grounds of a Caltex station?
No. For safety reasons, photography inside the premises of any Caltex station is not allowed. Long-range shots, e.g. from across the road of the station, may still be allowed, but please be careful!
-
Please give me examples of how I can capture shots with a Caltex logo (or its sub brands) in them.
There are many ways of doing this. A tip here could be to pre-plan your shot and subsequently insert the Caltex logo or any of its sub brands by various means. Just bear in mind that the picture should capture a “natural event” and that the logo must be clearly visible. Please refer to Photo Tips for more examples. If you chose to edit the photos yourself, download the Caltex Family logos here.
