Caltex South Africa - Fresh Treat for Gauteng Motorists

Gauteng motorists are in for a treat. Chevron is proud to announce the opening of our sixth Caltex/Freshstop store which is also the first in the Gauteng Province, on 17 September 2009. The store, at the corner of Ruhamah Drive and Mimosa Street in Roodepoort, will trade 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The Freshstop stores are part of South Africa’s most exciting new retail partnership, offering health-conscious and on-the-go motorists freshly baked breads and pastries, a deli and meat section, and a fresh produce section stocked with seasonal fruit and vegetables. The Pitstop Café sells mouthwatering crispy fried chicken, pizza, and what is already becoming a legendary breakfast bun. A grocery section stocks all the daily essentials. Need coffee? Then look no further for a quick cappuccino, espresso or filter coffee, served hot and fresh.

Two more Caltex/Freshstops will open their doors in Gauteng by 8 October 2009, with many more to come. Already, 20 franchise agreements have been signed in the province, building on the strong customer response experienced in the Western Cape.
