For the first time in Caltex network in Pakistan, we have worked out a deal with Citibank and have put an ATM at our Shujaat Service Station, Khayaban-e-Mahafiz, DHA, Karachi. This is to facilitate our valued customers. This latest addition has been much appreciated by our customers and has already resulted in enhancing customer traffic to the station.
 
We have another ATM that has recently been placed at our Sayyarah Service Station, Defence Phase 1, Karachi. After the success of this ATM model, Retailing is aggressively pursuing to have our other critically located stations, equipped with this facility all over Pakistan.

Fortune Program with Bank Alfalah
 
Caltex and Bank Alfalah jointly share a promotion whereby customers can redeem points towards a variety of Caltex products from Bank Alfalah catalogue, including lubricants and fuels. Upon redemption of points, the customer receives a letter from the bank inscribing the product amount of discount offered. Selected Caltex outlets offer free product to the customer upon presentation of this letter.

Reward Program and Co-brand Card with Citibank
 
Caltex and Citibank jointly enjoy a partnership whereby a Co-brand card is issued to customers that carries special offers including exciting gifts at the time of issuance of card. Welcome pack includes discount coupons on car wash and Caltex lubricants.

In addition, customers can earn double reward points when used at all Caltex stations. These points can be used to redeem variety of products from the Citibank catalogue, including Caltex lubricants and fuels.
