  1. For every fuel purchase worth Php500, customer is entitled to one raffle coupon. * For gasoline (Gold & Silver E10 with Techron) purchases, accumulated receipts worth Php500 will also entitle the customer to one raffle coupon.

  3. Promo runs from Nov. 15, 2011 - Jan. 31, 2012. 
  4. Raffle draw will be on Feb. 15, 2012. Raffle draw for zones 1 to 4 will be done at Chevron Philippines Inc. head office Ayala Avenue Makati at 2pm.
  5. To get raffle coupons, just present receipts to the counter of the branch where purchase was made and drop in dropboxes located within the vicinity of the station.
  6. Deadline for dropping of entries is until February 1, 2012 at 5pm.
  7. Customer must fill up the raffle stub portion with their complete name, address, telephone number, affix his/ her signature.

  9. Chevron Philippines Inc. shall shoulder the 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.
  10. Winners will be notified via registered mail and/or through their landline / mobile number. Also indicated in the letter is the instruction as to how can the winner claim his prize.
  11. The winner may only redeem his/ her prize within 60 days from receipt of notification.
  12. A participant can only win once. If a name wins more than once, he/ she gets the bigger prize.
  13. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
  14. For purposes of validation, the winner will be asked to bring the following when claiming the prize: (a) any two valid IDs, (b) registered mail sent by Chevron Philippines Inc.., and (c) customer’s copy of the winning raffle stub.
  15. Winners shall be posted on all participating Caltex stations, or visit www.caltex.com/ph . It will also be announced at www.facebook.com/CaltexPhilippines.
  16. Winners authorize Chevron Philippines Inc. to disclose and publish their names, photos and other particulars determined by Chevron to any person/s and in any mode or manner as Chevron may deem appropriate.
  17. Employees of Chevron Philippines Inc., participating Caltex station, advertising agencies, Caltex retailers and suppliers/ contractors and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
