In line with the change in our parent company’s name from ChevronTexaco Corporation to Chevron Corporation, a move designed to present a clear, strong and unified presence for our company throughout the world, Caltex (Philippines), Inc. will be known as Chevron Philippines Inc. effective March 1, 2006.

Despite the change in identity, Caltex - our well-known customer-facing brand – will remain the same. We will continue to support, drive and invest in the Caltex brand here in the Philippines as well as in the other markets where we are present across Asia and our strategy and vision remain unchanged as we will continue to offer high quality products and services to meet your needs.

The Caltex brand, as well as all its associated products and services are owned and operated by Chevron Corporation.
