Generally, our requirements are as follows:

1. Committed to the Caltex business philosophy.
    
2. Have made a decision to be self-employed or invest in his or her own business.
    
3. Operate our retail outlet on a full-time basis in accordance with our operating standards and dealership requirements.
    
4. Be prepared to operate as a sole proprietor.
    
5. Has a total working capital of RM550,000 (inclusive of cash security).
    
6. Possess at least a secondary education and between 25 and 45 years of age and in good health.
    
7. Experienced in retail trade, service industry and financial management.
    
8. Family involvement in the business is encouraged.
    
9. Resident in the area and actively involved in the local community.
