Caltex Permi Binder (CPB) has been proven for its superior quality and its
compliance with all the rigorous specifications of international standards after
a testing in the Wansongling Tunnel in Hangzhou. The CPB is a superior product
which reduces ruts and noises, minimises wearing, stripping, spalling and
cracking, prevents skidding and allows draining. According to Japan statistics,
the use of CPB can reduce rainy day traffic accidents by as much as 80% compared
to using normal asphalt.

trucks and drums in various specifications, depending on your requirements.
